1. General Terms & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 99qb platform and all related services. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 99qb. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — The 99qb website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" — The individual who has registered with 99qb or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal gaming account, created through registration.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward, credit, or cashback offered by 99qb.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use 99qb's services:

• Each individual may operate only one account.

Identity Verification

99qb may request that you complete an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This process may require submitting a digital copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. 99qb clearly states the following:

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to the 99qb support team immediately.
• Remember to end your session after logging in from a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove that unauthorized access occurred and that you notified 99qb in a timely manner. 99qb bears limited liability for losses caused by technical failures or cyberattacks.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 99qb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• All deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Any wagering requirements attached to a bonus balance must be met before withdrawal.
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal request may be temporarily suspended for review.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

99qb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳12,000 in bets must be placed. Once this amount has been wagered, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own set validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• Bonuses must be used solely for genuine gaming purposes.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 99qb reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• The terms of other promotional offers, including VIP cashback benefits, will be communicated separately.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The 99qb platform offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and a variety of other game types. Each game category has its own rules, which should be read carefully before playing.

• The outcome of all games is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer — this process is fair and transparent.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless specific circumstances apply.
• 99qb reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or by exploiting a technical error.

Sports Betting

Various markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports (match result, over/under, wickets, etc.). Please verify the rules for the relevant market before placing a bet. 99qb does not guarantee any specific match, date, or odds — odds may change depending on market conditions.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99qb platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus benefits — for example, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to manage games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Participating in any form of coordinated betting (match-fixing, arbitrage abuse).

8. Account Suspension & Closure

99qb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Irregular or suspicious gaming behaviour is detected.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. After a closure request is submitted, any valid balance will be returned via the associated payment method, provided no issues are found during review.
